In 2015, members of the PVD- MidCOR, NMRA and TCMRA built a modular FreeMo-styled Nebraska-themed layout for display each year at the Nebraska State Fair. The double-track layout has been a regular attraction at the fair each year since, with thousands of visitors each year. In total, the TCMRA and its members in combination with Platte Valley Division, NMRA members have nearly 200 feet of modules with scenery for use each year. There are two return loops and 6-curve modules to allow a variety of arrangements. Currently, 2/3 of the modules are on exhibit at the Hastings Museum and open to the general public on weekends and upon request for special events.
